Consultation requests

Status: New Mexico services are pending licensure under the New Mexico Medical Psilocybin Program, and New Mexico consultation requests are not open yet. Colorado sessions are available on a limited basis. To ask about Colorado availability, email [email protected].

How consultation requests work

  • This is a request for a consultation, not a booking.
  • Completing the form does not entitle anyone to a consultation. Dr. Metz reserves the right to refuse a request that is not a fit.
  • Dr. Metz reviews each form and proceeds with booking a consultation if it is a fit.
  • If the request is not a fit, or the form is not completed, the person is notified by email.
  • Completing the form does not create a provider-patient relationship with Dr. Metz.

Screening

Some answers may mean a request is not a fit. Examples include taking lithium, a history of psychosis, a family history of schizophrenia, psychotic disorders, or bipolar I disorder, pregnancy, and heart conditions.
